By downloading, installing, or using the Bloom app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use someone else's account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bloom only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not post harmful, offensive, or misleading content in community features or any user-generated content areas.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

5. Consistency Rewards

Bloom may offer rewards including free premium access for users who demonstrate high engagement and consistency. Rewards are granted at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Bloom app — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Bloom and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Content in the app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, financial, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Bloom after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
